Office Administrator

Our architecture/design firm is seeking an Office Administrator to oversee general office operations and support. Having familiarity w/MS Excel and Word important; QuickBooks helpful. Good communication skills. Experience w/design professions a plus, but not necessary. A sense of humor may come in handy.

Half day/week, to start. Potential for expanded hours (soon!). Schedule is flexible. Some of the primary responsibilities include:

  • providing input on optimal financial strategies
  • general communications
  • computer file management
  • monitoring project finances
  • general (pretty simple) bookkeeping

We are an award-winning, architecture/interiors firm, with most of our work currently underway in New England, having designed projects in Australia, Europe (England, France, Italy), Japan, the Philippines, and throughout the United States. We are an equal opportunity employer.
